My name is Bob, and I run the Owls Nest, a 5-star Airbnb in Lily Dale, NY. For years, I’ve welcomed guests from all over the world who come here to rest, recharge, and experience the unique spirit and beauty of Lily Dale. Many of my guests return year after year, and some have even become close friends. I take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space where everyone can feel at home.

Recently, my former partner left the business and took much of the furniture with them. This has left me in a difficult position, as I now need to replace essentials like beds, bedding, night stands, and dressers in order to reopen for the season. Without these basics, I won’t be able to honor the advance bookings I already have, and I risk disappointing guests who have come to rely on the Owls Nest as their home away from home.

I don’t make a lot of money from the Owls Nest because I believe in keeping stays affordable for all. My philosophy is simple: take care of your guests, and everything else will take care of itself.
