To help me get through a difficult experience after the sudden loss of my job. I'm in a situation without any family to help me and I don't have any savings. I have to wait awhile for unemployment and in the meantime I have an electric bill and some other things that are due. I need assistance buying food for myself and my cat, Luna, as well as carfare. Hopefully this will be a short term fundraiser, but I'm hoping to raise at least $300 so that I don't end up having my electricity cut off which is a very real possibility at this point.

I know times have been tough for so many of us. If I had more I would help others, but unfortunately I'm in this situation.
