1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer, and 1 in 3 of those will face metastatic breast cancer. Chances are, you know someone, a mother, sister, aunt, or friend who has been touched by this disease.

A breast cancer diagnosis changes everything. Beyond the fear and the fight for survival, there’s another battle too many warriors face: the overwhelming financial strain that comes with treatment.

Medical bills, mortgage payments, utilities, and everyday expenses don’t stop when treatment begins. Many warriors are forced to make impossible choices when balancing paying for their care and essential day-to-day expenses.

That’s why we’ve chosen to support Pink Warrior Advocates’ Financial Assistance Program through this campaign. Pink Warrior Advocates is a local nonprofit serving 21 counties across the Texas Hill Country, dedicated to walking beside breast cancer warriors every step of the way, providing hope, resources, and community throughout their journey.

Their Financial Assistance Program provides direct financial relief to warriors in need, covering essential expenses like medical bills, rent or mortgage payments, utilities, groceries, and auto costs so that transportation to treatment is never a barrier. They also maintain an emergency fund that allows their Board of Directors to approve aid within 24 hours if a warrior faces eviction or cannot access necessary treatment due to financial hardship.

Every dollar raised here will go directly to Pink Warrior Advocates’ Financial Assistance Program, and every dollar they receive goes straight to the warriors who need it most.
