Hello, my fellow Apothecarians!
It's true; the Apothecary Raree is once again making a SPLASH in the San Francisco events world. From live variety entertainment, live bands, DJs, social dancing, gogo dancers and more, we are more than honored to be able to bring you the cure for what ails ya! Because as we all know:
Music is Medicine and Performance is Panacea!
The Apothecary Raree is a very involved process. We have a team of producers who work together to keep the Apothecary growing even better with every production we curate. We have a team of venue owners, staff, and crew to communicate and coordinate with. We have an ongoing cast of incredibly talented performers on our stage, in the air and on the dance floor. We work hard to keep bringing you the best in circus, drag, burlesque, music and variety entertainment from the bay area and beyond!
Of course, all of this hard work comes with a cost. It's true - nothing comes for free, and none of us are strangers to this rule of life! Our expenses quickly accumulate when producing an event where it is a primary goal to support our community through excellent production value, support, communication, and most of all, equitable pay. Even now, I wish we could afford more.
We have so many aspirations for where we want to go in making the Apothecary the best event it can be. And that's where YOU come in!
Our patrons - you - are our bread and butter. Without your support, we could not make the Apothecary Raree what it is. Your attendance, drinks from the bar, table reservations, VIP packages, merch sales and even tips in the hat and on the dance floor are all how we thrive and make this event possible. It gets our cast and crew paid and our venues standing. And above all - we get to see that delicious joy on all of your beautiful faces!
With your donations, we will be able to continue affording to produce Apothecary Raree events, whether it be back-end or front-end costs. Administrative fees, monthly subscriptions to event management software, online and print promotion costs, and on-site production costs. With this ease of financial security, we will be able to more comfortably explore how we can bring Apothecary Raree to the next level - through decor, guest experience, high-end merchandise and swag for all of you; and more!
And here's the kicker - this amount can quickly add up to how much a SINGLE Apothecary Raree can cost! This fundraiser will ultimately pad our Apothecary funds to have that nest egg to draw from when we need it.
