Help Keep Staff on Board

Two years ago I started Rachel & Rose. For the first year and a half I worked 5-7 days a week, only taking off major holidays and birthdays. I would make YouTube videos at work for my son so he could see his dad more than the occasional Sunday. In August of last year I was able to hire Josh through a local program that paid his wages, including PTO and sick time. I believed at that time that the program would get me through the winter months until business picked back up enough to pay him myself. Unfortunately the program changed this month. That, in addition to the ice storm that closed the business for 10 days, caused me to lose $3000 in sales. I’ve prided myself in keeping Rachel & Rose open with no assistance. Sadly now I need help so I can keep Josh onboard and have the time to see my son and wife. Thank you in advance for your support.
