Help Keep St. Paul Community Acupuncture Open
Donation protected
Let's rally together to care for someone who has cared so much for us! If you've ever been to St. Paul Community Acupuncture (SPCA) you've met Trish. Trish left her career as a Pharmacist in 2016 to provide more affordable and effective health care as a community acupuncturist. SPCA exists because Trish has shown up regularly over the last 7 years to co-create this healing space along with us, the community members showing up to manage our pain and buffer some of the toxic stress of 21st century living. Over the years, Trish has treated me for tendinitis, pandemic insomnia, supported me through a "geriatric" pregnancy (lol), and so much more. Trish has provided acupuncture care for many hundreds of people at SPCA.
Unfortunately, Trish has been unable to go back to work since testing positive for Covid over a month ago. She received a referral to a Covid clinic and hopes to be able to focus on rest and healing in order to return to work in another month or so. In the meantime, the bills to keep SPCA open have not stopped.
The clinic counts on the community to exist. It does not receive grants or any outside funding. In the spirit of mutualism, supporting small local business, and building healthier communities, please consider donating toward the costs of keeping this local resource alive. If you are not able to donate at this time, please share this fundraiser with your friends and loved ones.
