Just to stop the initial deportation while we pool all the media and local support together Tracie and Russ need to lodge a fresh Visa Application before 10th June - any help you can give big or small would be muchly appreciated
Their story
Mr Russell Young who was originally from Melbourne Australia and myself Tracie Young was married in 2016 and managed the sun inn public house in failsworth manchester . i am British and lived in Failsworth all my life and after many yrs in our long distance relationship we finally managed to be together .he came to live with me at the sun inn and all was well . then the owner of the sun inn suddenly decided to sell up which meant we would be homeless and no job. So Russ decided to put all his life savings into buying the pub to save this from closing down and being sold to a developer . The sun inn was built in 1822 so almost 200 yrs old and it really is the most friendliest pub we are all like 1 big family. We have tried our best to renovate and make it look as good as we could with what finances we had left and we was doing ok then in 2019 we had to apply for his 5 yr visa after mths of waiting we recieved the letter of denial so we had to pay for a lawyer and appeal whilst waiting for the appeal date we got hit with covid pandemic and of course hospitality took a massive hit and we had to close but so did the courts so the appeal was delayed after a long 18mths we recieved the appeal date for May this Yr and sadly because we haven't met the legal financial requirements we have been denied again .we are in an impossible situation how can we just walk away from what russ invested and close the door on the sun inn ? where would we live and work ? I've no answers all I know is we need help
