Help keep Robert rolling

Hi my name is Melanie, I am creating this go fund me for my dad Robert Lalonde, who for over the last 30 years has battled Becker Muscular Dystrophy.

 

MD is a degenerative disease that attacks the body’s muscles which weakens limbs as well as the heart. Over the years his wheelchair has been his main source of mobility which means that over time it becomes run down.

 

We would love to be able to get him a new wheelchair that would also allow him to stand which can alleviate pain, improve blood flow and give him back some of his independence. Unfortunately these come at a high price and government funding only covers a limited amount. No amount is too little and if you are not able to donate you can contribute by sharing this link.
