Hi, this GoFundMe page is on behalf of our father Randy Van Why–a small business owner of R&L Enterprise in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Randy and our mom, Luz Van Why, have been the sole operators of R&L Enterprise and have served RV-goers in the Albuquerque area for over 30 years.

In February of 2023, Randy was diagnosed with a rare form of bladder cancer. A biopsy on two tumors was performed and two forms of carcinoma were found. One of these forms of carcinoma, small cell carcinoma, is extremely aggressive and rare.

After months of chemotherapy, major surgery was deemed necessary for the best outcome to treat this aggressive form of cancer. This procedure will leave Randy with a recovery period of at least five weeks. During this time, he will be unable to work and R&L Enterprise will be without service. This will leave our parents without income until Randy can return to work.

This GoFundMe will help cover the lost income while Randy is recovering from surgery.
