Our school serves low-income families in Oakland’s San Antonio district, providing their children with access to a high-quality, nurturing education they might not otherwise receive. The Community School for Creative Education partners with families and communities to provide a rigorous, college-preparatory program. Our culturally rich, arts-infused, and highly personalized curriculum— inspired by Waldorf education—serves the diverse students of Oakland. We are dedicated to promoting equity and preparing culturally competent, well-rounded, lifelong learners who are ready to lead, contribute, and succeed in our rapidly changing multicultural society.
