Help keep our local music venue alive

GroundZero Acoustic Lounge has become an important meeting place for musicians and lovers of music alike. Over the past two years GZAL has been named best small business of the year, has given local live, intimate music experiences, and created an incredible community to go a long with it.

GZAL has been supported by many incredible artists, such as Shari Ulrich, Gerry Barnum, Alfie Zappacosta, Amy Bishop, Rick Scott,  and Barney Bentall, to name a few.

2020 has proven to be one the most challenging years so far, with no clear end in sight. The government has done an incredible job of helping most sectors of Canadian businesses and entrepreneurs, but not live music venues that are locally run,  not for profit, and rely on volunteers to help run it. The venue is not able to receive any financial aid through Covid-19 initiatives and still must pay rent on an empty venue that is still unable to safely host events.

GroundZero needs our help if it is going to be able to remain alive during these times.

Anything helps.
