First, I want to thank anyone who visits my GoFundMe. I truly appreciate your time and support. I am a single father doing my best to care for my 6-year-old daughter and my 76-year-old grandmother, who is disabled and diabetic. Life in California has been a challenge, and I am doing everything I can to keep my family safe and healthy. Unfortunately, I have no other relatives to turn to for help, and I am at the point of giving up.

I work full-time, but between caring for my grandmother and my daughter, I have fallen behind on several bills. The most urgent is our light bill, which is overdue and at risk of being shut off tomorrow. I have tried to arrange a payment plan and applied for assistance programs, but nothing has come through in time. My grandmother needs her insulin refrigerated, and my daughter’s health is always on my mind. The thought of losing power is terrifying, especially with the weather getting hotter and the risk of our food spoiling.

The funds raised will help us keep our electricity on, ensure my grandmother’s medication stays safe, and help my daughter stay healthy. It will also allow us to buy groceries and cover other essentials. Any amount helps, and I am deeply grateful to anyone who can support us.
