My name is Savanna, and I'm a full-time nursing student doing everything I can to support my family. This semester, I found out just a week ago that I wasn't eligible for financial aid, which was a huge shock. At the same time, my wife's job closed for the season, and she's been struggling to find new work. Now, our rent is due, we're facing eviction, our phones are about to be disconnected, and my car is up for repossession. I have a job lined up, but it won't start for a couple more weeks. We've sold many of our household items and applied for rent assistance, but the waitlists are long and we're out of options.

The funds raised here will go directly toward paying our rent, keeping our phones connected, and catching up on car payments so we can keep our home and stability for our son. If possible, we'd also love to get our son some late Christmas presents, but our main focus is keeping a roof over his head and making sure he feels safe. Every bit of support will help us get through this incredibly difficult time.
