Help keep my mom’s electricity on

Recently PECO, my mom’s electric company, sent my mom a 10 day shut off notice. My mom turns 73 next week and is widowed. She has no close family except for me. I do not currently have an income. She has nowhere else to go. She has an anxiety disorder, depression, and blood pressure that can get very high. She absolutely can not be without electricity. It would be dangerous. Her doctor agreed and wrote a medical certification. But this only delays things for a short time and the bill still has to be paid. I would appreciate greatly anything you can give to help with her bill. While the goal is $1,500, the bill is about double that and if the fundraiser goes well, I can raise the goal. The shut off notice is being held up by my mom in the fundraiser picture. I only included the top of the notice so that the personal information like address is protected. Thank you very much,
