Help Keep My Dogs and Get Back on My Feet

Had to leave the house due to abuse, left with everything I had. Now, in just 3 days, I've lost my job without warning, gotten several more tumors in my mouth, and now my car's starter has gone out, so I can't even look for a job. I have no insurance to get the tumors checked out and can't afford a new starter. The whole car is falling apart, so really, I need a new one. My dogs may have to go back to their breeders at this point (although they are being cared for just the same). I've run out of money buying food and keeping the lights on. Anything helps; I just don't know what to do anymore.
