Hello everyone, I’m a single full time dad to three wonderful girls. For the past four to five years, my daughters have lived with me, and I have done my best to provide them with a loving, stable home. Their mom has moved between Iowa, North Carolina, and now Virginia, and during this time, I have not received any financial assistance from her. Now, after all these years, she wants to take me to court and try to gain full custody of my daughters so they can move to Virginia and help her care for her new baby.

This situation has been incredibly stressful for both me and my girls. They have told me many times that they want to stay with me and continue living in the home and community they know. I am doing everything I can to keep their lives as normal and secure as possible, but the legal fees are overwhelming. My attorney requires a significant payment, and there are additional court costs that I simply cannot afford on my own.

I have never asked for help like this before, but I am reaching out because I want to do everything in my power to keep my daughters safe and together.
