Help make my classroom safer

We are hoping to arrive at school September 1st for four days of professional development followed by students on September 8th. My school was built during the energy crisis of the 1970s when the prevailing construction theory was it was cheaper to have a school with NO WINDOWS, provided it has central air. In the 12 years I've worked here, they have never cleaned out the vents, and students always get sick in waves, myself among them. Stomach bugs, flu, whatever is going around - gets around. I am very anxious about returning to a school with no windows and poor ventilation - but I am preparing to do just that. I’ve done research and found a great air purifier that takes out 99.7% particulate matter. Even without COVID, this would be a great addition to my classroom and would keep students healthier for years to come. The total covers the gofundme surcharges as well as taxes. Any funds donated over the campaign goal will be used to purchase disposable masks, sanitizing wipes, and desk sneeze\cough guards.
