Hello!
My name is Amanda.
My potbelly pig is my best friend and she was attacked by 2 pitbulls that lived a mile away a few months ago.Its urgent I start working on reconstructing the inclosure I have now that was built in the 70s.I free range all my animals so they get more exercise roaming around and are locked up in their housing unit at night. All work that I do ,you will be able to watch my videos of progress on my tictoc! My inclosure now is about 45 yards by 25 yards and it’s barely hanging on as I’m constantly fixing it so predators can’t get in.Inside the inclosure I have 3 big housing units for the pig, ducks and chickens. The cats stay inside with me at night. As long as all goes well I plan to get some dwarf goats and rabbits.Making the inclosure tight and building it sturdy I can already see the petting zoo flourishing !THIS IS THE GOAL TO ALL OF THIS.(community small town petting zoo)
-Sissy the potbelly pig was attacked by 2 pit-bulls from up the road abruptly one afternoon and it traumatized her and devistated me.She was unable to get up,eat,or anything because she was in so much pain. For three months I worked hard at maintaining antibiotic shots twice day and administering her pain meds. After long 3 months of treatment sissy the pig has finally bounced back being her lovely self for all to adore. I value animals lives and would take in more rescues for the future petting zoo if I was able to get this inclosure figured out.I intend to build the inclosure myself so look out!!lol If you have any questions or suggestions feel free to email me at [email redacted]
Thanks in advance from my farm to yours !
Respectably,
Amanda Hayhurst
