My name is Major Rice Sr., and I have proudly served as the Head Coach of the Shaw Little Warriors youth football program. our EIN # is 39-2858951. With over 12 years of experience coaching—from Pee Wee to high school—I’ve seen firsthand how football can be a powerful tool to teach young people about life, responsibility, discipline, and perseverance.

At Shaw Little Warriors, we are more than a team—we are a community. Through football, we help our young athletes grow both on and off the field. We foster maturity, accountability, and a strong knowledge of the game that carries over into everyday life.

As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses like yours to keep our program running strong. That’s why we’re asking for your support. We are currently raising funds to purchase essential football equipment for our 2025 season, including certified helmets, shoulder pads, and uniforms to ensure our players’ safety and readiness.

• 10 Riddell Shoulder Pads at $50 each — $500

• 75 Complete Football Uniforms (padded pants and jerseys) — $3,200

All of our coaches are USA Football Certified, and we are committed to providing our athletes with the highest level of coaching, safety, and mentorship.
