Hi, my name is Alden Wynn, over May I will be running a half marathon (21km/ 13 miles) every Sunday for this amazing charity. I’m fundraising on behalf of my amazing mum, Annie Wynn BEM – the founder and CEO of Let’s Grow Preston, a community-based charity that’s been transforming green spaces and lives across Preston since 2011.

Let’s Grow Preston isn’t just about gardens, it’s about people. It’s about giving communities a place to grow food, find purpose, heal, and connect with nature and each other. The charity has helped countless individuals; from those experiencing loneliness and mental health challenges, to young people and families learning how to grow their own food, through the incredible community gardens.
