Our granddaughter, Izell (Junie), needs help. Her other parent is trying to take full custody despite ongoing investigations by CPS and the Child Advocacy Center into abuse and neglect. Junie deserves to be safe, and we are doing everything we can to protect her.

Her Moms are doing a great job raising her with love and stability, but a legal battle isn’t part of raising a child. Sometimes, a horrible event happens to your child one day, and suddenly, you find yourself in the fight of your life. This is incredibly hard for any parent, but especially for a young family trying to protect their child while navigating an overwhelming legal system.

Right now, we need to raise money for an attorney who will fight to keep Junie with her Moms, where she is safe and loved. If visitations must happen, they will be supervised. Legal costs are high, and the system moves slowly—especially when counties don’t communicate the way they should.
