Due to an inoperable injury from my 20's, my back has become exceedingly worse and requires stem cell surgery as my only option (which isn't covered by insurance unfortunately).  I have 2 torn discs in my lower spine, degenerative disc disease, edema, arthritis, and subsequent sciatic irritation that severely inhibits my ability to function due to excruciating pain and exhaustion from said pain.  If I don't get this surgery while I'm still eligible, I'll eventually end up wheelchair-bound due to the severity and aggressive progression. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated to help this poor single mom get a surgery that would give me my life back while I still have the chance
