Who are you and what are you raising funds for?

I’m the developer of DunMove, a free, performance-based training planning tool for cyclists and endurance athletes.

I’m raising funds to cover the basic infrastructure costs required to keep the project running throughout 2026.

Why is this cause important to you?

DunMove is a privately run project with no ads, no paywalls, and no premium features.

It is currently used by 400+ athletes, with 180+ actively using the Intervals.icu integration.

While the project could technically continue without external support,

this would rely entirely on my personal time and financial resources.

I’ve made a conscious decision not to continue the project under those conditions long-term.

If DunMove is supported by its community, I’m very happy to keep developing and maintaining it.

How will the funds be used?

The funds will be used exclusively to cover ongoing project costs such as:

Server hosting and infrastructure

Domains and email services

External APIs (e.g. translation services)

Maintenance and basic development time

There are no paid features or donor perks. Support is purely voluntary.

How will the beneficiary receive the funds?

All funds are used directly by me to pay the project’s running costs.

If the funding goal is reached, DunMove will be secured for the entire year 2026.

Any additional support will extend the project’s operation accordingly.

This fundraiser is about sustainability, not profit.

Wer ich bin und wofür ich Spenden sammle:

Ich bin der Entwickler von DunMove, einem frei nutzbaren, leistungsbasierten Trainingsplanungstool für Ausdauer- und Radsportler.

Die Spenden dienen dazu, die laufenden Infrastrukturkosten für den Betrieb des Projekts im Jahr 2026 zu decken.

Warum mir das Projekt wichtig ist:

DunMove wird privat betrieben und kommt bewusst ohne Werbung, Paywalls oder Premium-Funktionen aus.

Aktuell nutzen über 400 Sportler das Tool, davon mehr als 180 mit aktiver Intervals.icu-Anbindung.

Ein Weiterbetrieb wäre technisch auch ohne Unterstützung möglich,

würde dann jedoch vollständig auf meine private Zeit und Vorfinanzierung hinauslaufen.

Darauf möchte ich langfristig bewusst verzichten.

Wird DunMove gemeinschaftlich unterstützt, führe ich das Projekt sehr gerne weiter.

Die Unterstützung wird ausschließlich für laufende Projektkosten eingesetzt, u. a.:

Server & Infrastruktur

Domains und E-Mail-Dienste

Externe APIs (z. B. Übersetzungsdienste)

Wartung und Pflege des Projekts

Es gibt keine Gegenleistung und keine exklusiven Funktionen für Spender.

Was mit der Unterstützung passiert

Bei Erreichen des Spendenziels ist der Betrieb von DunMove für das gesamte Jahr 2026 gesichert.

Zusätzliche Unterstützung verlängert den Betrieb entsprechend.

Diese Aktion dient dem Erhalt des Projekts – nicht der Gewinnerzielung.
