*UPDATE* Daisy is stable and on her way home for the night. She is still under strict crate use and needs medications to keep her comfortable and heal her eye. We are extremely grateful for any and all donations! The money will be used for medications and follow up appointments, and any medical attention Daisy needs.
It’s still very soon but we are optimistic!
Please continue to keep her in your prayers.
PLEASE HELP DAISY, we need to make a decision TONIGHT. Please help us keep our sweet Daisy alive.
Hello, my name is Nicole and my moms name is Joanne - our baby girl's name is Daisy. On Saturday night, Daisy, our 15 lb Shih Tzu, got out of the house. After finding her, I saw her get hit by a car, flown up in the air, and spun around several times. She has a broken sacrum, the part of her spine that connects the pelvis, and serious eye damage. She's stable now but needs strict crate rest, pain management, and possible surgeries. We've put up close to $5,000 for X-rays and medical care,if we don’t have enough money for operations ; otherwise, we will have to put her down. Our appointment is at 7pm, which then will have to decide based on money
Unfortunately, we have to make a decision TONIGHT depending on the estimate of the medical bill. We are asking you to donate anything you can to help our sweet girl out. If we don’t have enough we will have to euthanize her. If you can’t make a donation and are comfortable sharing on your social media we would be very grateful.
My mom is a single mom who got Daisy about 2 years ago. "Who saved who," ya know? I have recently moved back in with my mom and am going on 8 months sober, which would not have been possible without my Daisy. This is in no way a sob story, but proof that we need our Daisy. She only recently turned 5 and is not ready to leave this world just yet. Every dollar goes straight to Daisy’s medical bills. We’ll share updates, receipts, and photos at every step so you can see her progress. If we raise more than needed, any remaining funds will go toward Providence SPCA.
We love Daisy dearly, and your help means the world to us. Thank you for being part of her recovery.
Here is proof of the medical bills we’ve paid over the last 2 days to keep her alive and comfortable. Again, we will have to make a decision tonight based on the estimates of the surgery bill. Thank you so much anything at all helps please and thank you.
