I’m Jessica, the founder of cozystate — a vegan cashew queso that I’ve been pouring my heart into since 2021. What started as a cozy little recipe my husband and I made at home for our family turned into something so much bigger: a plant-based queso made with real roasted veggies, no preservatives, and tons of love.
Over the past few years, cozystate has made its way into local farmers markets, landed on the shelves of stores throughout Los Angeles, and even in kitchens across the country through our shipping program. Every jar sold represents a small victory for a grass-roots business with big dreams.
But right now, I need your help. Like many small food businesses, cozystate is struggling with the rising costs of ingredients, packaging, and distribution. We’re at a crossroads: with a little bridge support, cozystate can keep going, grow stronger, and reach more people. Without it, this might be the end of our queso journey.
