Familia, please help us keep Casa Verde LA open! Please donate, share, and stop by the shop for our mega casa yard sale all this month ♻️ We are in need of at least $6,000 to cover back rent, internet bills, and rent for the winter season—where our plant sales are historically at their lowest. With this funding, we hope to start off 2025 on a better note so we can continue to build up our creative, artistic, eclectic community here in Whittier. Community has held us down and we are turning to you all now for love and support.

We know that this place is so much more than a “just a plant store.” It is a place of healing. From the laughs and cries at the Post Up to the many pop-up markets all over LA and the IE, Casa has been a special place for us all.

Casa is for the poets. For the queers. For the people who know the most important thing we need right now is each other. We are an intersectional bus stop of souls brought together to share our creativity with each other. And right now, we need our community to help us get to a spot where we can be okay. And hopefully, a spot down the line where we are thriving.

Running a business is hard y’all. But our community is the reason we are giving this one more Hail Mary to keep us afloat. We are so lucky to have a small but mighty team that is committed to supporting us through this transition to transform into an even more creative space and gallery for the Whittier community and beyond.
