My name is Jennifer Thomas and I have this friend, Brian DiBonaventure. Most of you know Brian and have a story or 20 about him. You also know he would do anything in his power if he could help a friend. Well, right now he needs OUR help.

In a completely normal and uninteresting way (how very un-Brian of him!!!), he broke his ankle. He broke it good. Brian needs surgery and will be out of commission for at least 6 weeks. And although he’s a stellar bartender, most bartenders at individually owned bars don’t get paid sick leave.

So here’s where you come in. We’ve already arranged transport to surgery and post-op care, and are working on a volunteer schedule for physical things around the house. BUT!!! the bills still must be paid and the cat fed, before she eats his bum leg. Also, hahah, property tax season. Worst. Timing. EVER.

So we are asking for donations to keep him afloat until he can go back to work. Anything will help, and he will be eternally grateful. All proceeds will go directly to him.
