Help keep baby's milk cold!

Hi everyone. As you know, we just went through hurricane Ida, our first storm with the new baby. We are in Marrero, Louisiana, which was hit by the eastern wall of the storm. We made it through relatively unscathed, but without electricity, which means we have no way to keep my breast milk from going bad. A parish councilperson has said everyone should have power back within 21 days, which is a long time! We are hoping to be able to buy a generator to at least keep the refrigerator going and possibly a window AC unit (since it is August in Louisiana). Please help if you can. Thanks so much!
