Hello, my name is Wendy Hill, mother of two beautiful daughters, Autumn (18) and Aryanna (17) Hill.

My eldest daughter, Autumn, began this fall at Crown College. She is our first-generation college student, and so far, she’s doing very well in all her classes with all A’s! Going to class and taking tests has been the easy part for her. She said in our phone conversation this evening that the only stressful part is her car has been having issues and now won’t start, making it difficult for her to find, let alone drive to, a job. The other stressful part is the remaining tuition balance that I have been unable to pay. Therefore, she will be unable to register for next semester's classes if it continues to go unpaid. She’s only going into her second semester of college; I can’t imagine being in her shoes. As her mother, all I want is to give her everything I can to succeed, but I have no extra money, so I’m left feeling helpless. I’m so proud of her; she is an amazing young woman. She always makes the right choices, and I can’t wait to see what she does with the rest of her life. I imagine it’ll be nothing short of incredible!
