Help keep a roof over Tia Brown's head!

For those of you who know her, you know that Tia Brown is a beautiful soul with a radiant smile. She is always willing to help others, and help to cheer you when you're feeling blue. When my house caught fire, she mobilized my friends to try to help save my belongings. Now I would like to help her.

Tia works tirelessly to help preserve important historical community landmarks every day in her job at Preservation Buffalo Niagara , and now I'd like to help her preserve her own landmark by helping her patch the roof of her home. Her roof started developing a hole and leaking this summer, and it has continued to get worse. She's applying for a city loan for a roof replacement, but just like everything in the City of Buffalo, it has been taking forever to be approved. In the meantime, the hole remains and is letting in water when it rains. To prevent this problem from ruining her home, I'd like to gift her a roof patch for Christmas. I've already received a quote from a trusted roofing specialist and I'll be coordinating with him to assess the damage and schedule the repair while she is at work. It would be wonderful to source some additional funding from her community and present her with this patch together. Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated to help us get closer to the goal.
