Help Me Stay Housed

I'm not completely comfortable asking for help, but I've reached a point where I can't solve this on my own.

Between the rising cost of living and a series of financial setbacks, I've fallen behind on rent.

I teach part-time while attending school, and I normally rely on my financial aid refund each quarter to help bridge the gap. Unfortunately, my financial aid for the new school year is still being processed, and my rent can't wait.

I'm trying to raise $2,000 to help cover rent and keep a roof over my son's head until my financial aid and next paychecks arrive. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us get a little closer. Once we've raised what we need, I'll close the fundraiser because I don't want to accept more than necessary.
