Help Keep Amanda's Family Housed and Hopeful!

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-Hearted Supporters,

I never imagined I’d find myself in this position, but I’m reaching out during one of the most challenging times of my life. My name is Amanda and I am graciously and humbly asking for your help! In November, I was unexpectedly laid off, and while severance helped us stay afloat for a while, those funds have now been exhausted. As the primary income earner for our family (whom includes myself, Isaac, and Jordyn), we are now facing an urgent financial crisis.

Isaac’s income alone cannot cover our monthly expenses, which include our outrageous rental cost ($2,320), our car payment, phone payments, basic utilities, gas, and food. Unemployment benefits barely make a dent, and despite applying for over 500 jobs and recently starting to get interview calls, we’re running out of time as I have yet secured employment. Our landlord, a corporate entity, has no flexibility, and we are at risk of eviction if we can’t meet our obligations soon.

We’ve explored local resources for assistance, but we narrowly exceed income eligibility limits, leaving us without help despite our real financial struggles. As parents, we are doing everything we can to keep a roof over Jordyn’s head and food on the table, but we can’t do it alone.
