Hello, my name is Terrah G.

Out of rapid obedience to God, I moved to Texas from North Carolina. Since then, I have experienced homelessness, relocation, harassment, financial hardship, bullying within school environments, and major life transitions while continuing to pursue the purpose God placed on my life.

Truthfully, instability is not something new to me.

I have experienced homelessness and housing instability for the majority of my life. Since around the age of 7, I have moved from place to place temporarily, often staying in environments where we were not always fully welcomed or secure. There were times my former guardian had to retrieve food from behind grocery stores just so we could eat.

Because of those experiences, I deeply crave stability. I long for a place where I can simply breathe, rest, and not constantly worry about my belongings being thrown away, sold, lost, or placed out on the curb.

Relocating and rebuilding has not been easy.

There were nights I slept on the ground at parks, on public transportation barely sleeping, and even in the stairwell of a parking garage just trying to make it through the night safely. What you see is truly me walking by faith and not by sight.

I currently do not own a vehicle yet, which is one of the reasons I am asking for help. Reliable transportation or eventually a small RV would not only help me remain stable, but also help me continue ministry work, travel safely, attend school consistently, and reach people in different cities and communities.

Even in difficult seasons, I continue to spread the Gospel, encourage others, and help people experiencing hardship themselves. The support given through this fundraiser does not only help me, but also helps me feed and support others who are struggling, unhoused, overlooked, rejected, or hurting.

Some people have been pushed away from church buildings, judged, or never introduced to the love of God at all. My heart is to reach people everywhere, not just inside four walls. To me, this is ministry.

I believe relationship over religion matters deeply. I believe people deserve to know they are loved, seen, and valued by God regardless of their background, past, denomination, or where they currently are in life.

I recently enrolled in cosmetology school again in a different area after experiencing bullying and harassment in a previous environment. I am continuing to move forward and rebuild my life while pursuing education, ministry, business, and creative projects the Lord placed on my heart.

One of my long-term goals is to help create permanent solutions for homelessness and provide safe spaces where people can rest, rebuild, recover, and feel human again. Everyone deserves a place to lay their head.

At this time, I am raising funds for:

• Stable housing and relocation expenses

• Transportation, including a reliable vehicle or small RV for ministry and travel

• School and educational expenses

• Paying down debt and rebuilding stability

• Supporting my businesses, books, ministry outreach, and faith-based projects
