My daughter and her infant baby were removed by law enforcement due to a dangerous and abusive situation involving an attempted kidnapping by the baby's father and grandmother. Now we must prepare to fight with everything we have to keep her baby safe with us.

We are facing a very serious legal battle. We are struggling to find a lawyer who can help without requiring a large upfront retainer. My daughter is exclusively breastfeeding and is unable to work at this time, and the baby’s father and his family are attempting to take her baby from her. She is a loving, attentive, and devoted mother who always puts her baby first. Our greatest fear is not being able to afford the legal help needed to keep them together and safe.
