Keenan (Buxton 89') needs help leaving Ukraine.

Buxton Family and Friends, our dear, wonderful and wacky friend Keenan (89’) is in dire need of our help.

 

As you may know, Keenan has lived in Ukraine for the past 7 1/2 years with his wife, Saida and their 13-year-old son, Andjey.

 

From his home, Keenan could see a contact line where the Russian soldiers were on one side and on the other, Ukrainian soldiers. With Keenan’s dry humor, he remarks that it is like having “center court seats.”

 

It is now time for Keenan and his family to leave their home country for safety. They need our help!

 

They are packed and ready to go, only taking what they can carry, they need money to be able to cross the border and get out of the country.

 

Buxton friends, this is where we show true allegiance to our community. We are trying to raise 20k ASAP to help Keenan and his family cross the border and settle until they can return or choose a new home country.
