I am Keena Knox and as some of you may know, I have been dealing with back pain for many years. After failing all conservative measures I am FINALLY scheduled for back surgery on April 9th. Unfortunately, I am required to pay a deposit prior to surgery. While I can cover the costs, doing so would put me behind on my other essential bills. The total upfront cost is $3300.00- $1800.00 for the facility fee that is due on the day of surgery and $1500.00 for the surgeon fee that is due by March 26th.

After a lot of encouragement from friends and family, I’ve decided to start this Go Fund Me to help ease the financial burden. If you are able to contribute, even a small amount would mean more to me than I can express. If you can’t donate, sharing this would help just as much.
