Hi! My name is Keegan and I am entering my fourth (and final!) year of nursing school at New York University. Unfortunately, I am on the verge of not being eligible to register for fall classes this year due to an unpaid bursar balance that my mother and I are having trouble paying off. We have been trying to work with the school and the bursar’s office since October 2020 to get this resolved and taken care of, but they’ve proven difficult and time is running out. I only have until August 20 to pay off this debt to be eligible for classes this semester, and there is no way me or my mom will be able to come up with it by then. This isn’t something I normally do, but my education is super important to me and I thought it was worth asking for help.
