Hello, my name is Kedar Williams. I am from Marchmont Road, Westmoreland. I grew up in state care and just trying to make it in life. I'm 25 years old. Hard working and caring person. This page is for me just to overcome the situation that the hurricane left me in.

Last week, Hurricane Melissa hit Jamaica, and I lost everything that I worked hard for. I even lost my cousin as well. The house came down completely on her while I was at work during the hurricane, making sure others were okay.

It's heartbreaking to know that even when you're out there making sure others are okay, you don't know what is going on at your home. I would be grateful to at least get some help to get materials like blocks, cements, windows and doors to build back my home and also get back some furnitures like couch, bed, fridge, dresser and chester draws and some personal things that I lost. I know it can't bring back a life, but at least it would bring peace and reassurance to me.

Thank you for all the help and contributions.
