Hi Everyone,

I am reaching out on behalf of an extremely great person. Many of you know and love Kecia (ButterCream Queen), our talented local baker who has helped make so many of our celebrations special. Recently, a large tree fell onto the carport of her home, causing major damage. There is another aging tree in her backyard that poses a serious risk of falling directly onto her house. The removal of these trees is detrimental as hurricane season is approaching. The cost to safely remove these dangerous trees is approximately $3,500, which is more than she can manage right now as a small business owner whose cake business is her main source of income.

We are asking friends, customers, and community members to come together to help keep her home safe so that she can continue to make us her delicious cakes.
