Dear friends, family, and our amazing community,

My name is Vakkas Isitmen, and I am the owner of Kebabist. On the night of 03/09/2025, our beloved Kebabist trailer was the victim of a deliberate arson attack. Thankfully, no one was hurt — but the damage is severe, and our trailer is no longer in running condition.

For me, Kebabist is more than just a food trailer. It’s my dream, my livelihood, and my way of connecting with this wonderful community. Every kebab I serve is made with pride, and over the months I’ve loved seeing so many of you stop by not just for food, but for friendship and warmth.

The truth is, the financial cost of this tragedy is overwhelming. Repairs, replacements, and lost income during this closure have hit me harder than I could have ever imagined.

That’s why I’m humbly reaching out to you. With your support, we can rebuild Kebabist and bring it back stronger than ever. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly towards a new trailer, replacing damaged equipment, and covering essential costs while we’re closed.
