Help Keanu heal with devastating injuries that need surgery

Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,

I’m reaching out with an urgent plea for help. My dear friend, Keanu Neilson was recently involved in a devastating scooter accident while in Bali — and is now fighting for his life.

He is currently heavily sedated, with multiple broken bones, including life-threatening internal injuries.

In Bali, medical care must be paid for upfront. There is no public healthcare system to fall back on, and without this immediate funding, his chance of recovery — or even survival — is at serious risk.

By his side at the hospital is his loving partner, Brother & sister inlaw who hasn’t left him for a moment — and waiting back home is his beautiful 3-year-old daughter, Ellie, who keeps asking when her daddy is coming home. We’re doing everything we can to make sure the answer to that question is: soon.

Keanu is one of the kindest, most vibrant souls you could ever meet. To see him lying in a hospital bed, unconscious and broken, is absolutely heartbreaking. But we believe in miracles, and we believe in the power of community.
