Help KC’s Family After Tragic Loss

Donation protected
We would never have thought our first ever GoFundMe campaign would be for this reason, but here we are.  Our cousin, Kyung Chang “KC” or "Jimmy" Lee died of a gunshot wound on February 18th due to the acts of a senseless POS.  Losing him so unexpectedly is leaving everyone reeling from shock.  His immediate family, however, is not only in shock and overcome with grief, but they have also lost their sole source of livelihood.  This fundraiser is for the benefit of KC’s wife and two children, ages 12 and 3.

If you knew KC, you knew someone larger than life, and someone who knew how to thoroughly enjoy what life offers, especially socializing.  He is, for many, that “brother from another mother.”  The guy that knew everybody, was friends with everybody, and wanted everyone to have a good time.  He was fiercely loyal, undoubtedly helpful to his numerous friends and family, and always generous (when he had it, of course).

KC served in the U.S. Army for 14 years, much of the time stationed in Korea.  He also completed a tour in Iraq.  He is a military veteran, a Christian and active church member, a social King bee, and a 100% all in devoted father and husband.  His family has lost their financial pillar and the man that was present, creating joy and fun in their lives from morning until night.

If you knew KC, even in the slightest bit, he most likely impacted your life in a fun way, "love in this club" way (don't sue us Usher).  Please consider honoring his memory by contributing to this fundraiser.  No amount is too small.  And everything will go to sustain his wife and their two young children.  Please also consider sharing this to those who may have known him.  We will all miss him for sure.

His cousins,

Steven and Hajin Suh

Also, there was another victim of this messed up (we wanted to use different words but didn't know if it would get flagged or disallowed), senseless act of violence.  That the family and friends of another life is going through the same thing we are is obviously sad but like us, maybe still in disbelief.  We want to extend our condolences to them and if anyone has a link to GFM set up for him, please share that in comments or however this works.
