Help KCCC Reform Kansas Cannabis Laws

Failing to enact reasonable reform has created an environment where Kansas consumers and small business owners are unsafe. Interpretations between law enforcement and the state conflict widely from county to county and city to city.

Today, it is impossible for a Kansas citizen or small business owner to interact with legal cannabis products in any way without fear of legal reprisal. Cannabis industry leaders have been advocating for reform for more than two decades. Elected officials, regulators, and the governor’s office have ignored their obligation to implement solutions.

KCCC is asking the courts to stay arrests of Kansas citizens and raids of Kansas businesses for cannabis products. Please support this strategy to modernize Kansas cannabis laws and rule on reasonable reforms that protect Kansas citizens and small business owners.

The Kansas Cannabis Chamber of Commerce (KCCC) is leading efforts to upend Kansas’ current position on cannabis. The KCCC is challenging the status quo in court, arguing for an injunction and other relief that halts illegal raids and arrests until the Kansas government passes comprehensive reform.
