My name is Crissy, and I’m humbly asking for your help and prayers for my sister's granddaughter, KC. She is only 17 years old and has been fighting for her life in a hospital in the Philippines for several months.

KC has been diagnosed with lupus, and the complications from her illness have caused her kidneys to fail. She is now in critical condition and urgently needs a kidney transplant. Her doctors believe that with the transplant, she has a chance to recover, but without it, her condition will continue to decline.

Her family does not have the financial means to cover the cost of the surgery. The amount needed is $8,000, which includes the transplant procedure, immediate medical care and aftercare needed. In the Philippines, this cost is life-changing for her family and far beyond what they can afford.

KC is a bright, kind, and hopeful young girl who should be worrying about school, friends, and her future… not fighting for her life. We are doing everything we can as a family, but we can’t do this alone.
