Kaz has been a beloved member of our family for nearly 12 years. He has brought us endless joy, comfort, and companionship, and we cherish every moment we've had with him. About two or three years ago, Kaz began to develop cataracts in both eyes, and soon after, he started to suffer from a persistent, worsening cough. When we took him to the vet, we learned that Kaz has chronic bronchitis and is gradually losing his sight.

Our family has been struggling financially for some time. My mother is a retired nurse and cancer patient who has undergone two major procedures and is currently on disability. My brother, his girlfriend, and I all work retail jobs, but our combined income barely covers our monthly rent, groceries, and other basic needs. Despite our best efforts, we simply haven't been able to afford the treatment Kaz needs. Over time, his condition has worsened, and it breaks our hearts to see him suffering so much.

We are now at a point where we want to ensure Kaz's comfort and dignity. The funds raised will go directly toward providing Kaz with a peaceful end-of-life procedure, so he doesn't have to endure any more pain.
