My friend is a devoted mom with two beautiful little girls, pouring her heart into making sure each child feels equally loved and supported. Her youngest, Kay, requires specialized staff, equipment, and doctors to manage her delicate care. Recently, Kay received a larger, upgraded wheelchair—shiny black with neon pink accents, lovingly chosen by her big sister. The family always steps in to help wherever needed, but now our village is coming together for something bigger: raising funds to purchase suitable transportation.
The family needs a vehicle large enough to accommodate everyone—mom, both girls, caregivers, and all of Kay’s specialized equipment—so they can get to doctor appointments and enjoy outings together. Right now, trips away from home require multiple vehicles and extra help, making every journey a challenge. With the right vehicle, they could travel together more easily and comfortably, no matter the weather, and mom would have one less burden to carry.
Your donations, no matter what size, can help a little girl get the medical help she needs to keep living. Thank you for reading and sharing in Kay's family story. Let’s show how our love for neighbors extends beyond the holidays and make this possible for Kay and her family.
