On the evening of May 23rd my cousin, Kayla Steinmetz, passed away due to a fatal motorcycle accident. Kayla was a wonderful mother, sister, aunt, godmother, daughter, granddaughter and friend. She was strong, vibrant, silly, smart, loyal, kind, sincere and her smile could light up a room.
No one was prepared for her life to be taken away so early and so unexpectedly. Kayla was only 28 years old and leaves behind her 3 year old daughter, Malia. We want to give her the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.
