My family and I have been facing some tough times lately. I am the only one working right now, as my boyfriend has been searching for a job. On top of that, we recently took in our nephew who was displaced, and we’re also helping to care for my elderly mother-in-law. It’s been a lot to juggle, but we’re doing our best to keep everyone safe and supported.

The funds raised will help us maintain our housing, which is so important for our stability. I am also working hard to save up for my license, which would allow me to advance at my job and provide more for my family. Every bit of support helps us move forward and gives us hope for a better future.

I am a person in recovery, with over five years clean from drugs. I’ve come a long way and am proud of the progress I’ve made.
