Help Kaylah Fight!
Donation protected
Several weeks ago, Kaylah Ausmus was diagnosed with Hodgkins disease, a form of cancer. She is at the very beginning of her journey so she doesn't yet have all the answers but she will start chemotherapy soon. There are further tests scheduled to determine if the cancer has spread but in the meantime, she knows she will be isolated for several days from her kids (both hers and her kids at school) each time she undergoes chemo.
Kaylah is a single mom and an amazing teacher! Let's help her out by collecting funds to ensure that she can get any help she needs during this stressful time. Extra cash could help her find ways to get her kids to and from school when she isn't feeling well, feed the family when she can't cook or pay for other incidentals that no one expects when faced with something like this.
The hardest part for Kaylah will be isolation from any of her kids-- she is a dedicated preschool teacher at Helen Walton Children's Enrichment Center and has helped so many children learn and prepare for kindergarten. Her daughter is in kindergarten while her son is in preschool-- also at HWCEC-- so extra funds for their momma will benefit them as well.
Please consider a donation, no matter how small-- Kaylah has cared for hundreds of children in NWA throughout her career-- now it's time for us to take care of her! If she took care of your baby/babies, leave it in the comments along with your donation!
