Hello my name is Kayla rashae Shultz me and my husband and our child Giovanni have to travel from Saginaw Michigan to palo alto California so i can be at Stanford to have two more life saving brain surgery's that i desperately need done before its to late i have a rare brain disease called moya moya. After my first one I ended up having two major strokes that have effected my vision hearing and my seeing from the first surgery falling. Me and my husband are on disability and after rent and bills and getting everything our child needs it does not leave much. My husband is a dialysis patient cause he has kidney and heart failure. We are looking for help to be able to rent a vehicle and make sure we have food and a place to stay while we are there. My surgery is schedule already for August 13 but we have to leave the 8th. Any one willing to help is a blessing and any little your willing to help with is greatly appreciated and thanked I very scared because of the first one not working but I'm trying to have it done so I can still be here with my family.
